Shipping prices and time

All products will be shipped within 7 business days of the order. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please write to [email protected] and provide your order number.

Italy: 5,90 euro.
1-3 business days from date shipped.
International: 14,00 euro.
7-10 business days from date shipped, but may take longer.

Order cancellation

If you made an order and you want to cancel it, you must email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Please include in the email’s subject the word “CANCELLATION” + your order’s code number.

Returning an item

If by mistake you were ordered the wrong item or size, you can deliver it back to us. Once we receive the delivery, we’ll be sending you the correct one according to the availability, we won’t refund the shipping.

Courier Delivery

The courier will try two times to deliver the orders, after that the order will be available for 8 days in your local Nexive office so you can take it by yourself. After that 8days the courier will sand it back to us if nobody will show up to pickup the orders. In that case you can write to us at [email protected] and we will sand it back but you will pay again for the shipping, otherwise your order will be considered finalized after three months in our storehouse.
